It was still
And quiet.
Nothing moved except,
My lashes.
Then,
Out of nowhere
You came.
You shook us all up
Trees and leaves
Flowers and fruits.
You blew past my face
And under my chin
I closed my eyes.
When you were here
My eyes had nothing to do
All I needed was to feel:
The gentle breeze
To hear:
The rustle.
All this told me
You were near.
And then when leaves were still
And silence was shrill
I knew you had gone again.
